You'll find newer & older facilities around Memphis. None will offer more than the capabilities available from Trezevant Manor. If you want afternoon-by-the-pool-karaoke, look elsewhere. If you want careful attention to the needs of a loved one in decline, look no further. 9/5/19 EDIT: From 5 stars to one. After Mom's repeated falls, the last of which led to her death in the hospital, these people stopped communicating. Repeated attempts to inquire about the status of the account have been ignored. There are some good people at Trezevant Manor. There are some who don't take customers seriously. Sort them out if you can.
