The staff, food, building and amenities are wonderful. I am a real estate agent and have had a number of clients move in when they got ready to sell their homes. A couple of clients were not sure about moving so Town Village worked with them for a 90 day lease while they checked it out. They were so happy once they got there that they both decided to sell in the first month. A GREAT PLACE to live

Town Village is as gorgeous not only on the outside, but on the inside as well. The residents are kind and inclusive and the staff never fails to ease every question you come to them with!

I have lived at TVAP for ten years now and it just gets better every year. The residents, the staff, and the management are great and believe me after all this time if I can't complain about something, there is just nothing to complain about. Three good meals a day, snacks always available and wine with dinner every night--what more can you ask for in that department? We have activities galore on campus and we go out to other events frequently during the month. We have Happy Hour every week with live entertainment and some of us old folks even dance once in awhile. You are never at a loss for something fun to do. But mostly, it is the people here that make this the best place in town, just come for a visit and you will see. Look me and Casey, my wonderful dog, up and we will show you around and tell you all you want to know about this place.
