Latham Terrace

My mom turned her lease in July to Alice Moore the manager at Latam Terrace Alice refuse to give a copy of the sign lease telling my mom she will get a letter in the mail another time telling her she will call her. Alice Moore filed a false police report to retaliation of me asking her not to abuse and harrass my mom which she is still doing. I know Alice from high school also lived in neighborhood with her and family. Mom pays rent on time over the years living there. Latham Terrace have no sercurity over site and Alice abuse these Elderly residents she talks abusive and threnthes these residents. Why have you at Latham Terrace turn a blind eye to her and the residents safety. She used the police to harrass me because I asked about her and Mary in housekeeping harrassing my mom. Other residents gets a copy of their signed lease when they turn it in so why haven't my mom received her signed copy. Alice Moore calls these residents out of there name to belittle them. There is no over sight in the building other than Alice Moore so she free at will harrassing elderly residents and uses Mary in housekeeping to do so harrassing too. I have complained time and time again but Alice keep up the harrassing of me and my mom and other residents
