Bed Bugs come with each apartment. I wouldn't recommend anyone even think about staying here. I'm not sure why it hasn't been shut down. This place got a $2 million grant and basically split it up between friends and family. The property manager is married to the head contract person. Father and Son remodeling or some like that. Basically instead of making improvements they did a lot of patch work but couldn't solve the bedbug problem. Tonya has NO IDEA WHAT SHE DOING. She's the assistant property manager but really only there for the easy money cause she never has answers and never even comes out of her office. Won't answer the phone. Bottom Line. If you love grandma and grandpa this isn't the place for them.

This place needs to be shut down!!!!1) they are infested with bed bugs2) elevators are constantly down. This is a safety precautions because if the building is on fire the 300+ residents have no safe way to get out. 3) if you try to complain to corporate or even the office staff on hand they never answer the phone and never have answers to questions. 4) the residents are treated like criminals. No visitors after 10. All visitors must have ID. I thought I was visiting a prisoner instead of my grandma. 5) horrible patch job on remodeling. My grandma apartment had mold in it. Even after complaining they did nothing.

For anyone thinking about moving here don't!!! Since my grandma moved there in 09 it's been hell for her. They constantly harassed her and there have been nothing but headaches since she moved there. You CANNOT live comfortably at City view towers. Inspections are hell. They dictate how you live. Can't have too much of what they consider clutter and you will be very limited on what you or your guests can do. Can't have stuff on your patio. Also if you complain about anything with your apartment it takes an arm and a leg to get anything done. Bed bugs are still a problem here.nYou cannot have guests visit after 10pm and they even make elderly tenants have to walk down to let guests in instead of just letting them up. I would recommend University place which is right down the street street for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
