Our mother was there for 5 months. The care givers are kind and compassionate. Our only difficulty was with some communication with the nursing staff. We would recommend it to others. Always clean. Never any hygiene smells. Food adequate.

This community is a very family oriented place. There are staff that have been there for years that treat the residents just like family, because that is exactly what they are!!!

I currently work at Concordia Care of Loudon and have volunteered to call Bingo the first Thursday of every month with my Clincal Partner, Heather Dietrich. The ED, Jennifer Colvin gave me a tour of the Facility which was clean, well staffed, and the overall exterior & interior appearance was amazing! I absolutely love the residents there and they are serious about their Bingo! I appreciate the monthly invitation and always feel welcomed. River Oaks of Lenoir City is doing an awesome job for the Loudon County Community!

This place is absolutely awful to put your parents or grandparents! The whole facility reeks of poop and urine. The place needs a severe upgrade. They're seriously robbing these poor residents blind and can't afford to build it up, not even a little bit? Come on now, get real. The wellness director talks to the residents there in such a disrespectful tone it's absolutely ridiculous! The lady even talks to her employees the same way. She's very rude and unprofessional. A friend of mine went there for an interview and he said the whole time she was there all she did was cuss up a storm and joked around with the person that was in the office with them. River Oaks needs to get someone else in there to help run the place. This place is not living up to its true potential. Some of the staff and higher up needs to be eliminated and replaced with better people.
