The staff is positive and is willing to go the extra mile to help everyone. It is the tone and culture of Sycamore Trace. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to place their mom or dad or grandparent. Yes, call them. They are a lovey bunch!

My mother has been at Brookdale Kingston for 8 years. During that time, even with turnover of staff over the years, I have never been concerned about her safety. I know in my heart that she is well taken care of and cared for. There is a sense of community between staff and residents that we 'children' need to see and sense. Our parents have become those we care for and we need to feel assured that is happening. BK is very good at that! My concern is that at times it feels a little too corporate, but the caregivers - all of them - do the best they can to make our little Southern part of the world remain that way which is what most of the BK residents are used to and need during these loss-of-independence times for them. Kudos to all!

Very happy with the facilities and the staff. My parents have become very comfortable with their apartment. They enjoy meeting all their new friends.
