The place looks run down and not up to date on stuff. I was talking to my mom nurse and she just turned her back to me and started talking to someone else. My mom like to get out of bed on her own but shouldn't due to she just had a hip replacement. So they kept her on pain med to keep her asleep so she wouldn't get up. She ended up with infections and had to be admitted to the hospital. The food there looks good but its not good.

We've had three family members live at McKendree in different phases and we've been pleased. The staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is being renovated in phases with the new renovations being very nice. The dining rooms have been renovated and the food is quite good. The family members that are currently in McKendree love it!

Manor could use a cleaning outside. It's disgusting. They have 'grounds keepers ' but they never pull weeds. They do as little as possible, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
