TRISTATE MANOR HARROGAT

I promised my mother as she died due to neglect from this facility that I would let others know what happened to her so maybe one family could be spared the pain of losing their parent. During COVID, we became dependent on information from the staff to know the condition of our mother after they lost her cell phone and due to restrictions no visitors were allowed. We trusted and believed their lies. Supposedly, an infection and bacteria had both been cleared up by in house treatment with antibiotics. However, this was a lie. They neglected her health, left her laying in filth and would lie when asked if certain self care tasks were performed. She died when she became septic from the cleared up infection and subsequent organ failure. We trusted this facility to take care of our mother for us because we couldnt be there and they killed her. Please think long and hard before placing your loved ones in their loving hands. I would give this place -5 stars if I could but one is the lowest.

This facility is always clean and the staff is amazing; involved with residents and caring. I can always call and speak to staff, as I am out of town and that gives me great peace of mind. It is rare to find these qualities in a facility, and I have been in health care as a profession for 42 years. Thank you for all you do.
