Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville

My mum, Mary Gardner Stokely, was there for about 1.5 years. This is my way of saying 'thank you' to the staff for their excellent service! Because of covid-19, I can not do this in person. Once it is all over, I plan to go down and thank them properly.

On behalf of one of our elders, I, the activity director, would like to share his experience:My name is Chuck. I have been in 5 nursing homes since 2000. 3 for strokes and 2 for physical therapy. Signature Healthcare of Greeneville is my 5th. Out of all the nursing homes I have been in, Signature has been the best I have ever been in. Everyone that works here - I mean everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, CNA's, nurses, doctors. The people who work in the laundry department asked me if that was all the clothes I had. I told them that was all I owned. The next day, they brought me a pair of nice jeans, 2 shirts, a really nice light jacket. They said they would keep their eyes opened. For anything in my size. The food here is outstanding! Physical Therapy make sure that you are getting the proper treatments. Everyone here has a smile on their face. They treat you with dignity and respect here. I hope and pray when the day comes, when I have to be put in a nursing home permanently, that I'm placed here at Signature. What I'm trying to say is, that everyone here makes you feel like you are their number one priority, which you are. - Chareles Bowman, Jr.
