My 88 yr old Father was recently sent from St. Thomas Midtown to The Waters of Gallatin for 'Rehab to Home' health care and Physical therapy. My mother and I were extremely pleased with the loving care and professional physical therapy that he received. Before my father was released, the Administration made sure that Home Health Care was set up so that he could immediately begin receiving and continuing the excellent health care that he received while residing at The Waters for approximately 2 weeks. Thank you, Lisa. Larry, and all the Physical Therapy experts, as well as the nurses that made his stay so very welcoming and professional. Btw, my father was not even walking when he was admitted, but could walk (without his walker down the long hallway on the day he was dismissed0. Thank you again!
