Constantly have to keep up with new staff and turn overs. Telling new techs specific things about my grandmother that help keep her at her best. The food that is served is a notch below Vietnam War era field rations. Today my grandmother was served a have eaten sweet potato and normally the cheese on the sandwiches are hard enough to chisel granite. Normally, with reviews its product based or if it is a service it based on one example. My grandmother has been there for 3 years and nothing has changed. I have requested to talk with the state about this facility.
