This facility does have some great employees, however the admin and supervisors are a complete joke. I would definitely advise against this facility

Great place go recovery survey great nurse staff great physical Therapy. Stay about 3 month great place great food there make you feel like you home.

Father in law was there for Alzheimer's. They lied to his wife said he didn't have proper insurance and would have to go to another place was in Pulaski to be evaluated . He was put on 11 medications in 3 days there. His condition deteriorated dramatically in just 4 days. They then said he was violent to get rid of him. He was suffering from an infection!

My sister is here in hospice care. I have seen nothing but the best of care for her. Her nurses are constantly checking in on her making sure she isn't in any pain.I am so thankful for all of them.
