Right at Home has been helping us for many years. They are compassionate with our loved one. They are always responsive to questions or concerns as well. I have no idea what we would have done without them. They have been life savers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

I have worked for Right At Home for nearly 10 years; in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and the past 6 years, in Clarksville. I am so proud of what I do as a C.N.A. I'm a humble person and don't brag on what I've done for my clients; I just do what I can so the elderly or handicapped can stay in their homes. I love to make people smile and help them feel wanted & safe, all the while give them confidence to have as much independence as possible. As far as the office goes, I couldn't ask for a better coordinator. She has made sure all clients are taken care of and sends the right caregiver to the right client. She has totally went out of her way to make sure she has the best people for this agency. Things are not always perfect; no agency is, but you can bet, when there's an issue, it will be fixed.I will always give my best and this agency will, too!

Office staff not calling till 30 min before caregiver (CG) was to come to tell me who they were sending or was unable to send anyone. Unable to get me permanent caregiver since New office staff took over. Was a great company till the now office manager came. Unprofessional , unorganized, rude office manager. Said I was too picky because I wanted a CG who knew how to clean and was willing to work. CGs also complain to me about the now office manager and how unorganized she was. Sorry company changed, was great at one time. I am now with another company and they are great! See other review because I had same problem also.

I was told I'd only have 2 regular caregivers with 1 additional caregiver as a backup. I experienced 8 caregivers in less than a two week period. I was told due to overtime restrictions the company could not afford the overtime needed to keep the promise given initially of 2 caregivers. There were numerous times when the caregiver I expected did not come and I was never notified that there was a replacement coming to my home that I'd never met before. The schedule changed so much that I could not keep track. One caregiver left before her shift was over. She did not notify me. She left my loved one with a stranger in his apartment. I sent her to the drugstore to pick up medicine and she did pick it up then she gave it to a total stranger not with the company to bring to the home. For an indefinite amount of time the medication was in hands that no one knows. There were numerous times that I called the after hours number and no one answered. The manager and all of the office staff and some of the caregivers have good hearts and good intentions. Things just did not go smoothly for me. I had the company for 6 weeks.
