I worked there for quite a while and had a great experience as the Executive Assistant and Executive Behavior Assistant. The thing I loved the most about Nia is the care and compassion the have for the Individuals they care for. If you have a individual in your family whom you are not able to take care of please feel free to contact Nia association.

NIA Organization was taking care of our family member in her home . They allowed her to fall on several occasions in the same wk! They rarely had same staff staying with her and a large turn over rate in staffing. We finally got tired of the problems. No documentation or lying on documents about falls and we contacted the state. They violate osha hippa rules , posting photos on web of your family member without your permission. Final straw we hired a new company and upon leaving the home the employees stole her containers of money all her clothing purchased by family! And even the food in the refrigerator!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY and the only 5 star rating I see on this post is one of their employees.

I went to the Nia Association for an interview and found out soon after that they were very unprofessional. I'd heard about the place because of my God father, a retired csm on ft Campbell, so I thought they would be as professional as he was led to believe, wrong. I felt like I was given the run around after the interview instead of being told that I did or did not have the job. I left so many messages that went unanswered. I even called back weeks after the interview and still have yet to hear a straight answer. I started reading other reviews and learned that others find the place to be unprofessional as well. In the interview I was told 'yeah lots of people have never heard of us.' And now I know why. I am shocked that my God father thought this was a good place to seek employment. He must have bern fooled. Well, I will make sure he and anyone else curious about tge business will see reviews listed and my review.
