As a caregiver for my parents who both have numerous health problems (one with dementia)I get a little overwhelmed sometimes. For almost a year and a half I have been using Home Instead at least one day a week. Our regular caregiver is wonderful with my parents and so patient with them. When someone else needs to come in they try hard to help me find a good 'fit' . The office staff have always been kind and courteous and available when I call. It is so refreshing to receive good customer service in a time when it's hard to find other places.
