Elderly are highly medicated, walking around like zombies ( maybe this is typical of retirement facilities?). Nurse Tina was uncaring, seems annoyed with EVERYONE & hates her job. Animal hospital is an excellent description. High turnover of employees. Significantly disorganized.

I have worked at several facilities since becoming a nurse. Somerfield at The Heritage at Brentwood is by leaps and bounds better than any facility I have been in. I have enjoyed my 5 years here. All the employees are like family and always willing to lend a helping hand.

I have found the look of Somerfield to be a lot more dingy than previous visits and the Smell is horrible! People are happy with the care but I think You need to use the same cleaning crew that you use at the more expensive End of the hall a noticeable difference people that are That sick should not be subject to that smell and neither should visitors.
