When the time arrived for my Dad to go into a assisted living facility, The Bridge of Hickory Woods made our choice an easy one. Not only is the place extraordinarily beautiful and clean, the staff is excellent. Our experience has been a positive one. Any questions or concerns we have had, have been addressed promptly with genuine concern and care. I would love to live here myself.

Their facility is beautiful and has a resort-like feel. If you're looking for a place to provide assisted living for your loved one, The Bridge at Hickory Woods is a must see! I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't put my dog here. They kicked a elderly lady out while she was hospitalized. With no notice in advance. The fire that happened was due to recalled air units that weren't replaced. They had 6 recalled air units in the facility. No it doesn't end their... They served soup as an entree for dinner because of the kitchen being 'short staffed'. Some of the nurses and care aides talk to the residents with little to no respect. They also used other residents medications like (tylonal ,ibuprophen, advil, cough syrup, etc) for other residents. They had deceased residents medication long after the resident had passed away. But scramble to throw them away before state comes. They don't take any of the residents complaints serious. They have staff who steal from each other & the residents but still have or had a job their. The food is far from edible on lots of occasions. The Dr they have for the facility rarely checks his patients after they request. Its 'supposed' to be a drug free work place. But have staff who are far from sober. Lets not forget the care aide who stumbled into the previous RCD office drunk and beligerant. And reaked of alcohol while talking to a hospice patients family member's. They also charged a resident $4000 even though her family are in the process of trying to move her belongings out. NEVER have enough staff. I would seriously from the bottom of my heart encourage you to find another assistant living for you family member/member's.

Recently moved my Mom to The Bridge. Its is a beautiful facility and the Caregivers and Administrative staff have all been kind and wonderful to work with. It is greatly appreciated when you are under extreme stress caring for an elderly parent. Thanks to all of them. They will make your experience as positive as possible.
