Poorly managed care given by wonderful gals who are not well supported, trained or communicated with by Office/Management. 24 hour 'On call'l is not handled consistently.

Staff doesn't seem to be trained properly. Our care giver is a bit on the lazy side. Not much interaction with my Dad. He goes and lays down after breakfast because he has nothing to do. I would think for the few hours they are there they could put a puzzle together . Talk about current events. Do a crossword puzzle etc....some days he doesnt even get his teeth brushed or clothes changed. We feel we have to settle which is sad because his whole social security ck and RETIREMENT go for 15 hrs of care per week So frustrating

Travis and his team are great to work with! I highly recommend them for caring for your loved ones! They truly make a difference with their care.
