My mom lived at Trail Ridge for the past year. The Marketing Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the transition from her own home easier. When we moved her in, the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, bringing up a fruit and cheese plate and offering her a place to rest. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, (thanks Donna!) and well-maintained. The dining room offered plenty of options and the food was good and served by attentive staff. I also liked the Bistro, where we would stop and have a cup of soup and play cards occasionally. The new walking path is a great addition. Even during the Covid pandemic, the staff has worked hard to take excellent care of the residents. Dawn Patten, the Administrator, is dedicated and clearly cares about the people at Trail Ridge.

This place feels very welcoming as soon as you walk in! Staff is wonderful! I can tell the residents like living here. They do a great job!

We moved my mother-in-law here into Trail Ridge from Rapid City. Beautiful place. It has everything she needed right at the facility, (eg. bank, church, exercise, entertainment, underground parking, swimming pool, etc, etc. At the time we liked the fact that she could stay in her place as independent living and switch to assisted living if that time came without moving out of her place. I'm not sure if it is still that way but what a nice option at that time! Unfortunately that time never came and she passed away. The exiting out of her place was made very painless! Kudo's to the Trail Ridge community as they make things more stress free as we grow older!
