Management are very unfair to employees. No scheduled raises unless you ask for one! Nursing staff is wonderful and always willing to help. Administration here has a lot of improving to do.

Horrible to employees. Broken promises and turn over rate is huge. Poor residents hate how much hard workers come and go.
