Comfort Keepers In Home Care

This in-home agency has been able to provide my parents with consistent and caring caregivers. I do not live locally and the communication between scheduling and myself has been perfect. The staff are well trained, respectful and compassionate. Spoke with the Care Coordinator Kelly and she was patient and knowledgeable. With an extensive background working with hospitals, social workers, rehab facilities, assisted living facilities as well as nursing homes. They are great at all the services that they provide. I rest peacefully knowing that my parents are receiving great and caring care. The caregivers are family!

I wanted the Sioux Falls Area to know about Comfort Keepers. I was hesitant to call or admit I needed services to help me in my home. I knew I wanted to stay at Home, but it was harder and harder to do the things I use to do. My wife and I called Comfort Keepers and spoke with Alison and she helped with our questions. We moved ahead and Kelly came to our home and provided a home safety assessment and made us feel very comfortable having them come into our home and provide interactive care giving. The care givers have been amazing and my wife and I are very blessed and thankful to have Comfort Keepers.

Our mother needed special/additional care while she lived in Assisted Living. Because of our familys schedule and location, we could not always be there for Mom. Comfort Keepers played a key role in filling the gaps to help care for our mother. We were so impressed and astounded by the amount of initiative and professionalism that the caregivers from Comfort Keepers displayed. The ladies that came to see our mother played many roles, such as bathing, feeding, a comfortable massage, singing songs, and treated her like she was part of their family. They even spruced up her room to make it nice for Moms visitors. We always knew that Mom was in good hands when the caregivers from Comfort Keepers were with her. They were professional, sincere, compassionate, and communicated well with the immediate family, both verbally and through a daily journal. We are very happy that we found Comfort Keepers and we would highly recommend their services.

He followed up with me and was a man of his word. I have had Comfort Keepers for over a month now and I look forward to each visit. Very please with Comfort Keepers!!

I love Comfort Keepers. Your Care Givers are the highlight of my day. My thanks to Alison. When I called, I did not know what questions to ask, but Alison helped me thru the whole process and set up a time to meet face to face. A lady named Kelly came out and we talked for an hour about what services I needed and what I wanted and expected from Comfort Keepers. It has been a dream relationship.
