My grandmother was given medication she didn't need, some nursing staff weren't kind to her, and she received a large cut on her leg and needed stitches. The doctor at the hospital ER said it was a very clean cut as if done with a very sharp instrument. One nurse told me of a male nurse that carried fillet knives in his car. We were told we had to find a different home for my grandmother!!!
