I put my emergency call light on and did not get a response for 35 minutes luckily I was not hurt but I could have fallen; I have fallen previouslythis incident was a Saturday afternoon from 1:05 until 1:40so it was not an odd time nor was it a holiday

This place has some amazing staff ! When I go in to visit, its always clean and the cnas as well as nurses arent just standing around smoking and texting, they're working and smiling while they're doing it ! Even the office staff helps. The residents here are very well kept and always happy. That goes a long way.
