Seneca Health and Rehabilitation Center

They have been great with mom and were excellent helping us utilize Medicare, Medicaid and the VA. It would have been so difficult without their guidance.The staff are so warm and caring with Mom. I can't imagine her anywhere else.

Nurses and staff are very helpful in-assisting residents. The activities department is always busy planning events for the residents to take part in.Overall I find it to be a great place to be.

Terrible. The woman we met in the office was very short and rude when I tried to go in to more detail with them in regards to my loved one's health plan, insurance, etc. I was made to feel stupid when speaking to the head manager, like the questions I had were so bad she literally rolled her eyes. During our time together she acted as if we were interrupting her day and she had other more important things to do.Parts of the building needs a good once over with some bleach and elbow grease. I witnessed mold on the ceiling and walls throughout the building. There was old food (raw uncovered chicken) left out on the kitchen counter and what looked like potato peels all over the floor. I don't think I was allowed to be in there but I'm glad I peaked because they are surely going to give someone food poisoning. Some of the staff was friendly but the person they have in charge is a real pill. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
