My mother, Mildred, is currently in the Memory Care unit and I have been quite pleased overall. Brittney is newly in charge, having moved up the ranks. She is A+++! Shelisha and Sieda are a couple of our other favorites. Nurse Keri is available daily and Dr. Lingoes is on site weekly. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

I wish I could review lower. Terrible staff that does not care in the slightest (gets even worse if you have to go to the memory unit) did not acknowledge me being there half the time when I came to visit. Would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

His name is Clinton and he is the voice and face of Chandler Place. I have been working with him for over 6 months and he has consistently communicated with me. I have had 5 million questions regarding the care for my mother (has dementia) and father (has Alzheimer's and dementia). I am an only child and I live over 2 hours away and have been trying for years to help my parents make the decision to cross into memory care/assisted living. Clinton has been a listening ear and a resource. Due to extenuating circumstances my parents are not able to reside at Chandler Place. If you have a precious loved one and are looking for a place, call Clinton at Chandler Place. The facility is already great, but with a resource like Clinton, you get the total package!
