The care here is phenomenal. My mom is completely disabled and dependent for her care, and the staff here has gone above and beyond to make sure she is clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. They call me whenever something seems amiss, and keep me updated on all the ongoings. The nurse practitioner is amazing, shes very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Sprenger!!!

Extremely dismayed by the lack of care, coordination, and professionalism at every level of staffing. The social worker does not return phone calls or keeps meetings. My friend is left alone in bed all day because she cannot get herself up and the staff does not care. I have found her on the floor or hanging out of her bed on multiple occasions. The only response they have had to this is to increase medications so she is more like a zombie. I have found her covered in food because she requires help to eat, but the CNA just put her dinner tray in front of her and left her, and my friend was so hungry she tried to feed herself. I cant tell you the last time they gave her a shower. The administration has misfiled Medicare paperwork. They are not processing private insurance paperwork. This place is terrible.

My job requires me to be involved with a lot of different facilities. Over the time of sprenger developing in the area, I see an amazing staff of floor nurses, CNAs, and leadership. I cant say enough great things about how well they have taken our patients that we have placed in their care. The ED Fritz, the DON Jennifer, the AL director Emily, And AL DON Kim, are all amazing leaders in their respective areas. I highly recommend this place.
