Beautiful place, straight forward employees but management is very unorganized and rude. The administrater, DON, and scheduler never respond to calls or texts and refuse to give you the corporate number to get answers. Today is 4/17 and I still haven't been paid for a check I should've gotten on 3/27.

The facility is pretty and the grounds are nice however they are lacking in organization and function. You have to pay close attention to your receipts as my family member has been overcharged on more than one occasion in their dining facilities, (even though youre allowed a certain amount per month to spend). We also have difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone to place an order for room delivery when under the weather, which makes things very inconvenient for our family member. This is suppose to be available. On site activities and programs also seem to have dwindled down from the initial scheduled opening in 2018. I do hope management will take a hard look at these deficiencies and take the necessary steps to improve on them. This retirement center has a lot of potential if given the opportunity.
