From my personal experience, most worker's at Sandpiper Courtyard do care for the residents. I think Sandpiper tries to weed out the few who do not. There have been some missteps that have been worked out and some things that are currently being worked on but overall my loved one seems very happy there. Pricing is not great but it is comparable to other Mount Pleasant facilities. The former director really tried to make visible improvements and always reiterated my concerns to staff. Looking forward to seeing how much more improves in the future.
