The Keil Rehab Center appears to be a nice well maintained unit. The staff of the rehab unit are on the other hand cold and lack any compassion. Nicole is the biggest offender and during this time of COVID-19 not being able to physically be with your loved ones, she appears to have stepped up her negative compassion to a not giving zero Fs. One person we have encountered has been tremendous though, Kalia(spelling sorry) she should be elevated to manage the place and then maybe customer service would be award winning.

The Keil Healthcare Center is Honorable, the Rehab staff is cold, without compassion. Most of the nursing staff have the face in computers all day. They are completely unequipped to deal with elderly patients with memory issues. We could not wait to get our mother out of there. Run from this place if it is recommended to you.

Waited two days to receive my pay check ..they kept giving me the run around about when the checks were in and the checks were there the whole time ..smh ...why ?

This is a great engaged community offering many unique programs for older adults. I love that they just added a contained doggie park.
