The free shuttle service driver failed to yield and almost caused accident. Then his boss called who wasnt there and yelled at us saying we are idiots. Very unprofessional

HAD TO POST THIS BECAUSE OF OTHER REVIEWS. Not sure what the low ratings are about, we have NEVER had an issue with DVHHI, Gail or her staff they ALWAYS went beyond to help us have a wonderful vacation. Her staff are always responsive and professional. DVHHI have a great support staff for all needs such as tech difficulties (came out in 30 mins), spa heat (came out in 1 hr) didn't like coffee maker (delivered a different one in 15 mins at night!! so we would have it for the morning) We have been renting from DVHHI for many many years and we truly have never considered using anyone else.
