My loved one got there yesterday afternoon and they didnt bother to check on her overnight or change her diaper until this morning. Her last change was around 3:30 the day before prior to leaving the hospital. Also her nurse call button didnt work. Im hoping they step up and do better because thats just SAD. Especially when youre already dealing with your loved one on the verge of death. Please do better!! I dont want to leave her somewhere I dont trust, so please make a better effort.

Very clean and wonderful staff. I visit my father just about everyday and at various times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Nurses and CNA staff on the Magnolia Wing are very kind and caring to the patients. I witness this daily. The patients hygiene is very good and my dad is very well cared for.
