Quillen Manor Independent and Assisted living

Pretty and quaint community. Very warm, homey and cozy. They do a fantastic job taking care of my dad. Great nursing staff, very helpful. Food is good. Very busy and fun activities through out the day.

Quillen Manor has superseded our expectations. I could not ask for more and they could not give more as they give their absolute all to love my mother like their own. I do not live in town so Im only able to visit a few times a month. They are very good with communicating to me anytime there is a change, new medicine added, the doctor or nurse sees my mom for a visit, if she needs something, etc. I mean really anything. This gives me such peace of mind and I am so forever grateful for all of them. Our whole family is. Anytime we visit Moms room is always clean. There never seems to be any foul smells which is nice and unusual of a nursing home. Food is good.

So happy to have found a home for my mother. Maybe its not her home, but as the nurse there says, its her home away from home. The staff are fantastic. They really care about everyone and it shows. Very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Respond immediately to any concerns weve had (which were minute as mom goes through this adjustment phase). Melissa, Kelly and Kayla were so helpful during this move in process and I dont know what we would have done without Kellys help as Mom has so many needs and specialists. She is always extremely busy, HOWEVER you and your loved one will feel like you are her only concern in that moment. We gave her an angel ornament as she is truly our angel on earth. Kayla has been fantastic and really helped navigate us through this new, unfamiliar world we entered. Debora the head caregiver that does moms meds on day shift has been just fantastic. Sarah the supervisor at night is also one in a million! But again all the caregivers are phenomenal! Doug, the maintenance man, God bless his sweet, helpful soul. Food is excellent which was a shock as we visited a few other communities prior to moving mom and 2 out of the 3 places just appeared to serve slop, literally, and the 3rd just wasnt tasty. Thank you to everyone for all the many things you have done for our family and continue to do daily. We could never thank you enough!

Visited for Fall Festival. What a treat! Have brother in law as resident here. Very impressed with staff and facility!
