My moms experience at Florence Presbyterian was awful. Starting from day one to days after discharge we encountered a problem. They forgot to give her food on more than one occasion, didnt have information in the system in a timely manner, which resulted in incorrect meds given. There was no proper discharge given, meaning we left with no discharge instructions or medicine/prescriptions. All to have to drive back to the facility late that night to pick up meds they said we forgot.to give.To top that, we got home again to find out we still was missing 2 new prescriptions. Ridiculous!!! Although the facility was nice and most of the staff was friendly, the experience was terrible and that is what people remember the most, The Experience! If you plan on taking your love one here, please be visible and ask a lot of questions. Your love one deserves the best! Good luck and God Bless you!

This facility is not what it appears.....my mother was there with a stroke..left side....she fell out o of her wheelchair the first week she was there...lack of monitoring....she was not seen by a doctor and she was not assessed by the in house physician during her full stay of 21 days........although he made notes To say he did.......she did some rehab...but no where What she needed....the response time to the nurse call button was atrocious.....they would respond thru the intercom and come 30 mins or more later..one time 1hr and 12 mins later...i was there...instead of getting my mom to the toilet. They just told her to use the diaper and they would clean her up.....they should have been getting her out of the bed and to the toilet...not to mention they did not change her bottom sheet.....it got changed twice while she was there....I made my grievances known on three occasions ....to no avail.....i have since taken my mother to not tell in Hartsville sc and she has progressed tremendously...not to mention they actually care for the patients...and show love and compassionIf you love your family...i recommend you stay away from willow trace........Just to be considerate..the nurses and cna's.....are over worked and I'm sure underpaid....as I am most positive. .Presbyterian rehab is not about doing the right thing...only to make money.....tbs.......**************4/29/19We never had any meetings miss Lilly and just because you attempted to change things ..this does not change the fact that since your facility did not do their job....i had to place my mother in another facility And had to pay 3600.dollars out of pocket because she simply lost the 21 days wasted at your facilityThat her insurance would pay for.......how does this help me with my expenditures....i will be talking to kepro on monday and my attorney.... I will also be contacting the national Presbyterian headquartersTo notify them of this situationTim sports
