At such a stressful and difficult time, Mel listened carefully to what I needed for my mother, as she was transitioning into long term care. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through this complicated process. Even now, she continues to check on me every other day to see how I am and how things are going. THANK GOODNESS FOR KEN AND CARE PATROL!!! I needed to quickly find a senior care facility for my father and this was all new to me. At the right time Ken with Care Patrol came in my life to assist me with picking a facility for my father. I had no idea that there were people like Ken who could guide me through this difficult period. He was readily available and a wealth of knowledge on so many aspects of this process.
