Medford Nursing Center

The facility is part of an excellent company and has outstanding leadership.

We originally wanted Morrells but there was no bed available. Now that my father in law is staying at Medford we are glad that Morrells did not have a bed. The facility is very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful. The facility is old but the rooms are clean & very spacious. We were so thankful to see smiling faces & to know that the staff was glad to help my father in law.

My husband was sent to Medford for 20 days of rehabilitation. From the moment that I had gotten there I felt relieved. EVERYONE was so professional. One of the cleanest and organized Nursing Homes that I have ever gone to. I stayed every day with my husband about twelve hours and the staff always made us feel like we were a part of their family. There were plenty of activities to take a part of. We always enjoyed sitting out on the front in the rocking chairs with the other residents watching people come and go. The physical therapy department worked wonders for him. The Administrators, Nurses, Physical Therapy, Housekeeping, Food Services, CNAS, Laundry, Maintenance and etc. certainly carried out their jobs with pride and dignity. Even though we were looking forward to returning back to our home, It most certainly was somewhat bittersweet at the time of our departure. Medford employees, please continue to render the great services that you provide to your residents. Thanks from my husband, my family and myself.
