I am pleased with being at The Watercrest. The Activity Director is awesome! She took my me to the movies yesterday and we had a great time. They do a great job trying to keep the residents active. The Wellness Director is always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions to help.The director over the building and facilities management is very friendly and accommodating to individual needs. The front desk concierges are superb! I am looking forward to the continued growth in this new community facility.

The Watercrest in Columbia , SC is not good place to work. They tell you a bunch of lies to get you to for them and when you start working for them , you realize it was all lies . They tell you that they will take care of their employees but you find out they dont even care about their employees. The wellness director abuses her authority. POWER STRUCT
