My parents have lived there since November...basically right when it opened. They moved from out of state and have had a smooth transition. Indigo has been very accomodating to us on various levels and the place is beautiful and safe. We often visit during their daily 'Happy Hour' (now via social-distancing separated by glass!) which is a great and casual way for my young kids to connect with the grandparents. The staff has always done a good job of keeping in touch.

Called and talked to Cricket about my mom possibly needing a place in the near future and she was more than welcoming. I am just beginning my search, but Indigo Hall is at the VERY TOP of my list. Once we get to Charleston, we hope to visit and see the community in person! And the photos and pricing sent over to me were amazing considering everything that mom needs. I wish everyone I talked to was as friendly as Cricket was. But she has def made this transition relaxing and smooth. Thank you again for the help, Indigo Hall! I will be reaching out soon!
