I keep leaving messages for the business office to call me concerning my mom's insurance claim. The insurance company is waiting to verify some information. No one will return my call to take care of a sample matter. I hate leaving a poor review, but I'm desperate to get this matter resolved TODAY!

My mother has been a resident at The Heritage for the last 3+ years. She was first in 'assisted living', and then into full care as her Alzheimer's progressed. I have been in close, nearly daily, contact with the care providers and staff. I have found them all to be very caring and providers of outstanding care. I have always found the facility and my mother's room to be clean and sanitary.

Absolutely horrible dont send your loved one here their purse will go missing and when you ask about it your given attitude. Wont even try to get the patient to eat and drink and wont even bother to properly wipe them. Finally got switched to a different hospital and the nurses said she had poo all up her butt, they definitely need a wake up call.
