Sun City Hilton Head by Del Webb

My wife and I moved here in August 2016. The community is outstanding (people, recreational facilities (although they are beginning to get over crowded), events, amazing wood shop), but some areas are in need of fine tuning. Such as:1) construction staff picking up trash and not letting dumpsters overflow before emptying.2) quality of workmanship on interior details. If I had it to do over, I would not buy a single upgrade from Pulte. Id hire outside contractors.3) DISCLOSURE: Pulte failed to disclose that a wood processing plant was located within a few hundred yards of the semi secluded lot I paid a nice premium for. Yes, I did my due diligence, but its hard to discern that noise when construction noise is present all around.Still, all in all, happy we moved here. The surrounding area, while experiencing a huge growth spurt, offers allot of recreation, excellent dining options and some decent entertainment. ENJOY!

Great people and staff! New homes on north side are well thought out and energy efficient. Weve been here since 2014. very active and welcoming community. Lots of classes, new experiences and clubs to advance you knowledge in almost anything and people willing to help you.
