Alexus was wonderful. Our friend loved her and she was very pleasant to have in the house. She was more than competent and made all our lives much easier. We greatly appreciate her help. She is a terrific representative for Right at Home.

I wanted to write you to let you know how much we appreciate the dedicated group that is what I refer to as #teamCynthia. My mother-in-law, Cynthia, has been one of Right at Home's clients since 2017. She started with 12 hour care at night after her balance began to go (transitioned to cane to walker) and we wanted to prevent night time falls. Since that time, there has been a slow decline in both physical and mental health; this included a rapid decline after a health incident in the summer of 2019. At that time, she went to round the clock care. We live a 12 hour drive away so #teamCynthia are our ears and eyes; that being said, I come down for extended stays every other month.ish so I get to witness in person the treatment she receives. My mother-in-law is not an easy client; she has EXTREME anxiety and a sharp tongue (but can be sweet). Through all of the difficulties, however, the caregivers, nurses and administration have stepped up with kindness and considerable patience. We have asked for continuity of caregivers as people she doesnt recognize seems to set her anxiety into high gear; the team has done their best to keep a regular crew with her. Cynthia was living independently until recently and, understandably, struggles with the idea that she is no longer in charge the way she used to be. Nurses and caregivers have bent over backwards to accommodate the transition and to make her feel a part of decisions. As her forgetfulness accelerates, #teamCynthia calmly explains things, repeatedly, as needed. The anxiety often makes it difficult to assess exactly what is going on with Cynthia but they help us figure it out. Caregivers have accompanied her to doctor appointments, ER visits, encouraged her to walk and keep up with her PT, even bring her delicious treats at times. It is not unusual for caregivers to check up on her on days they are not with her. Heather Flowers (RaH nurse) has been a tremendous help making sure her Doctors are in the know of her latest condition and setting up appointments as well as helping me figure out Cynthias pill situation (definitely a long involved story). Sometimes these folks are just there to support my husband and myself and that is amazing in and of itself. #TeamCynthia includes Heather, and consistent caregivers Mildred Toomer, Irene Dupont, Nathalie Henry, & Michelle Polite. Other caregivers are also wonderful but the ones aforementioned have been there with Cynthia for a long time (and she feels very comfortable with them). Please accept our thanks in providing this team!

My family and I are SO thankful for our wonderful caregiver Wendy Sancez Garces. She goes above and beyond every single day! You can tell she truly loves and cares about my family, and we feel the same way about her. We couldn't of survived without her and we HIGHLY recommend her as a caregiver and Right at Home as a company.

Right At Home hires people with absolutely no experience, no first aid certification, no cna certification nothing. Worst agency I have ever worked for. After putting in a two weeks notice I found out the next day the manager had completely taken me off the schedule. Their communication is terrible and I wouldnt recommend anyone to them. Clients nor employees.
