I hope that my upgrade in rating will not go unnoticed by those who care about the elderly, whether they be your relatives or friends. Aging is not easy. Care giving even less easy. Be an advocate. I commend NR for responding immediately and often to my concerns. I have immense admiration for them stepping up now and not waiting until after the holidays which is so often used now where health care is concerned.Thank you to all at NR, we will now public pay because we have to but please keep my aunt in your loving hands and put yourself in the place of so many of us dealing with these so sad issues with relatives! For after all, how often can you help someone who fought to live to be 100? Reaching for 101 in March! Normandie Ridge, lets help her get there!!!

Clean facility! Friendly staff! Lots of activities during the day! Residents can roll around to different areas. Food and drinks available to my family member whenever she asks! Rooms are clean and tidy. Food looks and tastes great! Kudos!
