Employee gets food delivery (person to person), no waiting. I get food for my grandma, it has to wait an hour in the entryway. How does that make sense?

Our Executive Director's number 1 priority is our residents! Staff who bully others, give poor care, come to work late, call out, lie, sneak, talk on cell phones during residents care,sleep during there working shift, disrespect fellow co-workers etc....become hostile, when disciplinary action is warrant & then use social media to make themselves feel better, who are just up set that they had been called out! rather than accept constructive criticism, they want to hurt the person who hired them with nasty posts & comments!
