Riverview Ridge #55050
My Aunt Karen was a resident at Riverview Ridge. The biggest asset Riverview has is their employees. Everyone from the office, nurses, nurses aides, maintenance to activities and cooks, servers are gracious and attentive. They are not just polite, they make the effort to go the extra mile by learning names, tastes and likes of the guests. The food was delightful, the dietary staff was very friendly and helpful. J. I have been working at Riverview Ridge for almost 15 years. Some days are good and some days not so good. But we have a great team that helps us get through the bad days. Our administration staff is great, they go above and beyond to try to satisfy every staff member, and belief me that is not easy. Our residents are also great just for being themselves. I think of Riverview Ridge just not as a job but as family.

This is a great company to work for. Truly the only job I've ever worked at that I went back to. There's glitches just like any other job, however the staff and residents are great and for the most part pleasant. Administration goes above and beyond for the residents and staff. Med techs and aides also go above and beyond for the residents and each other.
