Twin Pines Health Care Center

My dad is currently occupied here. The nurses never answer his calls. They ignore family requests to help my dad. They treat him and me with much disrespect. This is neglect and it is wrong

After reading posted reviews, I am shocked that there are negative reviews. My experience has been nothing but pleasant. I have two family members at this facility and both are very pleased with their residence at the home. We have had nothing but positive, informative, pleasant staff at all times. It is not an easy decision to place a loved one in a nursing facility, but sometimes they need 24/7 care that the family can not tend to due to working or perhaps their own health issues. The staff made the admission as welcoming as they possibly could and as long as my family members are well tended to, then I have no complaints. We have had lunch/dinner several times and the food was exceptional. The facility is clean and tidy and staff has always responded in a timely manner when called upon. In our dream world we would have personal assistants 24/7, but that is not reality. With that being said, they have a good staff/resident ratio. The building is in excellent condition and does not have funky odors like a negative post had posted. At this point, Twin Pines has been an awesome facility and I would recommend them to anyone who is faced with the decision of placing a loved one in such facility.

The staff was very rude they never came when when u called them i could not walk therefore i had accidents something about that place that is very odd
