The quality of care at the Friendship Village Health Center is exceptional. The aides, nurses, therapists and social workers are attentive, helpful and professional. We had experience with other facilities, and none comes close to the level of care at Friendship Village.

My parents are my treasures! They enjoyed immensely independent living at FV. I was the family member who dreaded placing a parent in the nursing center. The emergency happened when one parent needed the care and safety of Nursing while the other parent convalesced. Once placed in nursing there were thoughts that possibly it was temporary. Because of the amazing care I became the proponent of leaving the parent in nursing because of the care, safety and love. I was shocked to witness that after years of dreading the placement into nursing I actually wanted nursing to be the permanent home. Now all of us live happily and with less worries. Thank you Friendship Village!

My parents have lived at Friendship Village South Hills for nearly 20 years, first in an apartment, and for the past five years in the health center. Their experience, and ours, has been one of consistent professionalism by the administration, and compassion and patience by the staff. The food is great and always tailored to their needs, their attention to my blind father's diabetes regimen has been flawless, and the team knows how to meet their needs at ever level. Activities are always available, even if my parents sometimes choose to forego them. Highly recommended.
