For some reason a neighbor of my mother called this agency about her feeding the neighborhood cats. What reason on earth this agency would feel the need to respond to such a call is beyond me? But I m willing to find out!

My experience with Mary B.,Apprise Coordinator with the agency was wonderful. Her dedication and care was remarkable. Her wealth of knowledge was priceless in taking care of my situation and I will be forever grateful to her. Unfortunately, Mary retired and her position has yet to be filled by capable hands. I have been told they are searching for an Apprise Coordinator and hopefully they will find someone who can do even half the job Mary did. The people at the agency are friendly and do offer help where they can. However, Mary made you feel important and took care of you with no thought to how much time you might need. As 'Seniors', this kind of care and time is what we are all looking for.
