Incompentant staff. Their staff has now missed two appointments (that they made) for our family to video call our COVID positive grandmother. An absolute slum of an operation. Please keep your loved ones far away.

Family member was admitted after surgery. She experienced non working equipment and being ignored by staff. Left within 24 hours. Extremely outdated. Would never recommend.
