My husband was sent to the Mifflin Center for rehabilitation. We are most pleased with every aspect of the facility from the staff to the cleanliness of the environment to the available activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services offered.

The administrative staff are all pleasant, housekeeping is great. The Nurse AIDS on the 300 wing are mostly rude, abrasive with residents, and hardly ever have identification on their persons. The nurses are hard pressed to be available for concerns, and when you address them to them, nothing comes of it because 3/4 of the time there are no notes written nor any of said concerns passed along. The Nurse manager means well, but seems ineffective at reeling in the insubordinate staff members. My loved one's health has declined, along with the mental status due to poor care/ attention. I will be reporting them to the State. Lots of internal issues, and very little resolved.

I am a resident at Mifflin Center, and I think the Activity department is really great. The therapy department is very good. The staff is very attentive.

The Mifflin Center is a terrific place for my loved one, I have researched other care facilities and none compare to the Mifflin Center. The staff are extremely dedicated to providing exceptional care, both physical and emotional. There are many different activities to keep the residents busy and entertained, such as Bingo, cooking, arts & crafts, entertainment, etc... Having our loved at the Mifflin Center gives myself and my family peace knowing she is is safe and has excellent care.

I like the facility, especially the staff. It is very clean and the grounds are kept very nice. When you walk in the staff is welcoming. Only negative is the food quality. I give it 4 1/2 stars!
