I have used Hope House for the past year for part time care for my parents.The agency is very small and care provided has been very personal and compassionate, to a level that I never expected. I am informed every step of the way on any changes or concerns that their caregister notices making the relationship between myself and the caregiver very comfortable and honest. Both of my parents are comfortable with the caregivers they see which is a HUGE surprise and benefit. The girls are well trained and knowledgeable And demonstrate their ability on a regular basis. There has never been a no-show on a scheduled day of care making Hope House ultra dependable.I sincerely hope they are available when I need care.

This is a local family run business that provided 'caring' caregivers at affordable rates. I never thought it possible until I needed someone to care for my father asap. Hope house delivers all this. As his care needs progressed they were able to work with me to meet them everyday. What really impressed me was as a customer I was very satisfied with every aspect of their performance. I usually deal with many businesses these days where the employees don't care. Hope house employees like their owner are very caring, loving, motivated and punctual individuals. Some of the things they provided are:Medication reminders.Learned from my fathers physical therapist how to keep up his exercising going to keep him mobile as long as possible Personal care needs.Taking vital signs and assisting him with blood sugar testing.Taking him to his Doctor appointments and ER visits. The real bonus was they found things he enjoyed and took him. I have wonderful pictures of him that they took while he enjoyed a waterfall in Ithaca.I can't thank them enough for being there by our sides as he passed on their time. That's caring and I will never forget it. I highly recommend Hope House Home Health care (4Hs care ).
