Very incompetent. My mother was sick for about 2 weeks. I had to suggest an ambulance myself. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks. That was about January and February. She never recovered. She passed away on April 25 of 2019 in my home.

Diane Hile. Your daughter failed to tell you in that 1.5 that she left her trainee 3 times for 10min each to go vomit bc she felt she may have been pregnant. She stated within the first 20min she didn't feel this was the 'field' for her, having it been her first job ever?She was asked to do simple task that she showed no desire or interest in doing. She felt sitting on a chair on her phone was a better use of her time. Before criticizing & trying to bash someone or place of business when you werent there to begin with is childish and unprofessional! Had you called the facility & spoke with the aide or administration you would have found your daughter was just covering up her own wrong doings. Very sorry it didnt work out. Hopefully she had better luck somewhere else!

I would never trust the care of the elderly to this facility. Employees recorded on camera stealing from residents and when reported the owner stated it couldn't be proven. The employee wasn't discharged until the incident was on the news and DHS came in. If I could rate less than 1, I would.

There are 2 people who rated the place that work there. And one that lives there. I worked for them, they went against my believes when they let a few co-workers back from doing what they did to a resident. They broke HIPPA laws, and the state came did whatever they did, which to myself and others it wasn't enough. The workers who broke the law only got 10 day without pay. The upper management didn't listen to the other staff on it. A few of us stood our ground.
